ProMeter^® VDK

Compact gear meter technology delivers precise, consistent material application.

The Nordson ProMeter^® VDK provides unmatched precision and control in dispensing high-viscosity silicones, butyls, epoxies and hot melt materials. The module is designed for use in form-in-place gasketing, bonding and sealing operations.

Precise Metering with positive-displacement, spur gear pumps are linked to an encoder feedback servo drive within the ProMeter® VDK module. This closed-loop control provides precise volumetric output.

Mounting configurations include direct pump sizes and module attachment with a Nordson Blue Series™, Auto-Flo™ or AG900+ dispensing module, or remote mount with an applicator of choice.
